I have seen something saying the NOW brand is owned by the Chinese. I haven’t researched this but my vitamin C was loaded with unhealthy ingredients so I threw them in the trash. My loss.
The first Egg White powder I bought was just like that. I was discouraged from making the bread for the first time. Finally I bought something else and it worked great. Thank for the info because we all look for good prices.

The New World package says 100% Egg Protein and so does the ingredient list. To me, that means whole eggs, not just egg white protein. On the package, I don't see 100% egg white protein.
I also purchased this. it has fillers so it’s not suitable. I returned it. It’s for body builders shakes. Just really felt they should have a recommendation on its usages. I called, girl said sugar alcohols are naturally occurring and it’s not. She lied. Company is deceitful.
That first product you are holding is not egg white powder. That is 100% egg protein. Am I missing something?
