I've done it twice.
Both times I got higher ketone readings than compared to a 72 hr water fast.
(tip: only eat when hungry. Otherwise you'll be sick of fish after 1 day. If you're not hungry for sardines, you are not hungry)

I have been maintaining my 120lbs lost but was on a yr stall. Healing and reverse dieting. But at the time you put out the video I had decided I too wanted to try to loose some more weight and tried carnavor and didn't loose an oz. Also curious about mct's with the ketone meter like how long? how high? How much mct

Can you please try the infamous sardine fast? 24 hr, 48 hr or if you’re feeling really ambitious the recommended 72 hr fast where you eat nothing but unlimited amounts of cans of sardines. That would be an interesting experiment that i would love to see.
I would try the sardine fast with the CKM. Possibly any of the Keto Snacks that you have in the house – Perfect Keto bars? Nola bars? I’m curious if your ketones go up or down.

How about the sardine chowder fast? Dr Lisa Wiedman gave a recipe for it, it also had a few cod livers in it. I think it’s mainly chicken bone broth, a can of sardines and several cod livers which are then puréed. I’m not sure I could get it down, but apparently it’s pretty good.
How about some greek yogurt with Perfect Keto Collegen or Equip Protein powder as a test.
