    My in-laws eat nopal all the time . I need to try . My grandma use stop make with tomato sauce I think .. I just never tried. It's on my grocery list! I do see them in my grocery stores … What kind of lettuce is that ? I want to try it. Iceberg lettuce is boring lol

    Hey Girl, I feel ya on the sciatica. I suffered June-Oct 2020. P.T., Chiro, ect. Got to the point where it was down to my foot. I could only stand or lay flat. I finally found Bob & Brad here on YouTube. Followed 2 of their recommendations for sciatica/bulging disc. 2 weeks of doing these exercises 8-10 times a day (about 2 minutes each time) I was 100 percent pain free.. I don't know if you know who they are, or if you do and like them or not. But I literally would cry when I had to sit to drive each day.. If Interested I can try to find the videos that helped me and link them. That shit is no joke! PAINFULL! And great video!! I want to try the cactus. I always see it at my local Fruit Market!

    The shrimp looked amazing! The main thing that carnivore taught me is that I really do need to pretty much avoid dairy products (butter seems to be okay). I also have been slowly introducing veggies back & I have found that romaine lettuce is okay but iceberg isn’t (????). Also avoiding carbonated things & dairy products has gotten rid of about 90% of the bloating issues that I have been having!
