My alkaline phosphatase experience has been the same as yours. No other deficiencies or symptoms other than low iron. I need to go back and re-watch your SIBO videos but as far as I can tell, I don't have any symptoms. I miss our little cafe group. 🙂 I know that was time consuming to manage.

My fasting insulin was 1.6. The NP. Said this is to low and referred me to an endo but I really think it's just from eating low carb. It was hard to find info about it though. Would be interested to see more low carb insulin ranges vs the standards.

I can relate to your disappointment! I'm so sorry there! I know! MORE waiting to get back to your yogurt! I know many people will agree it's just ONE food, but that ONE food CAN and DOES make ALL the difference at times! NO worries, though!!!Time flies and you WILL be able to get back to it!!! YAYAYAY!!! And awesome results in ALL your tests, Nili!!! Congrats!!!!! 🙂

Thank you so much for your consistent wisdom and part of that is that you are so good at admitting when you're not sure about something. Just your voice is very soothing. I don't make bread but I'll watch your videos just because….thank you for all you do!!

You're completely correct, your fasting insulin is brilliant. There is no "too low". Everything single digit is ok, but below 5 is awesome. Mine was about 3.4 I think when I first checked it last year. Low carb without interruptions for 9 years now. Total cholesterol for women is ideally around 220 but don't worry if it's lower.

Glad to hear everything seems to be working. Test results definitely need to be read and interpreted on an individual basis. My white blood count is always high. My Dr. Isn't too concerned about it because it is already high.
Nili, wrist berberine dose & brand are you taking? I've been meaning to pick it up, but keep forgetting. Thanks 😊

Oh man! You have to have so much patience with the SIBO stuff… I feel for you. I just had a similar experience with SIBO testing. GRR. I want to start with what I'm now calling the "miracle" yogurt, but have to wait. Thanks so much for sharing all this.

I'm very strict with a clean keto plan and I can't get my a1c below 7. I am a long term T2 diabetic who is now insulin dependent. I'm already being treated for diabetic retinopathy and neuropathy at 61.

With the labs that you do from another company (name?) and not ordered from your doctor, who do you have read it for you? I'm thinking my new doctor won't let me have the labs that I need or want.

Some of the reference numbers that the researchers come up with are taken from people who are on and have been on the SAD their whole lives and it may be that since you eat keto, that number that is too low based on the reference numbers might a real good number for you being that you are on keto.
