Here's my take. God gave us fruit and leaves and grass for the animals. Essentially, the parts you can eat without killing the plant. Those became more toxic and difficult to obtain our nutrition from (thorns and thistles) after the Fall. After the flood, what was difficult is now impossible. He gave us meat. That doesn't mean we can't eat plants or derive some benefit, but simply that meat is vital. If this is a whole food, unsweetened supplement and you derive benefit, wonderful. I don't think carnivore needs to be dogmatic. I would consider anyone deriving the bulk of their nutrition from animals carnivorous.

However, I wouldn't automatically assume this is what's helping or helping in the way you think. I watch your videos. You drink coffee. You used quite a bit of artificial sweeteners ("natural", I know, but they affect insulin and digestion the same). That takes time to recover from. I also never thought psmf was a good idea. Fat isn't just fuel. It coats the digestive tract and helps everything function once absorbed. FYI butter is a great source of the fatty acids that feed good bacteria.

Butter lettuce is definitely the best choice if you're adding it back. Milk is for growing bodies, but there's nothing inherently toxic about consuming dairy sans lactose and as a condiment.

Nutrition comes from meat. Everything else is filler and flavor. As long as that's real, whole, botanical fruit (even endosperm is the "fruit" of the grain technically) or leaves and you can tolerate it and enjoy it, fabulous. I am not there yet. My system is still recovering and though I know ruminant meat and broth is the best rest, I have yet to go full RSW due to financial constraints. Because I have yet to do so, I don't think I'm qualified to say "carnivore didn't work" and I think that's true for anyone who hasn't gone strict ruminant, salt, and water.

So, I'm going to investigate the green stuff. How might it compare with some Garden of Life green products?? Or Udo's Greens?? After 20 years as a Vegan and 5 as a Raw Vegan (and husband died of cancer and heart failure). I'm pretty much 'Carniv-ish'….Ketovore'. But at 76 I'm also a Red Hat Queen and enjoy an Afternoon Tea or 'party celebrations'…life is short, why not ,time of my life. Hmmmm something else to investigate!

Hi, I was wondering if you could tell me what video has you mentioning how to do the parchment for the egg white bread? I saw it a while ago, but cannot find it. (And in my history is all your videos. lol) Do you buy parchment sheets, or rolls of it?

I may have to try this. Ever since I had my gallbladder removed years ago I have "Bathroom" issues and b/c of this I feel like my body is not getting the nutrients it needs.

Thank you for your openness and honesty. I learn so much from you. FYI, Steve at Serious Keto has a delicious recipe for marinated feta. I too used to overdo it on cheese but have been able to use it as a condiment more recently. I'm mostly carnivore but if I crave salad or green beans, I listen to my body and "indulge".

I'm thinking that your gut healing helps with your skin. They seem to be very closely connected from what I've read. Here (in Swedish low carb communitys) it's often suggested to ingest some resistant starch just to feed the digestive microbioma. Your body can't break it down, but your bacteria can. Raw potatoe starch in some water before bedtime is a common advice.

Interesting take on the Athletic Greens. Are you aware that they sponsor a lot of YouTubers. I checked out their website and it is highly processed powder and they add Natural Flavor and Stevia. If it is so good why do that then?

I started using Chronometer several weeks ago, and I found that is I don't take electrolytes, I never hit mineral requirements. Sometimes I have to drink two. Now don't get me wrong I'd rather take electrolytes than eat vegetables (not a veg lover), but it made me start to think. Can a lifestyle be good for you if you have to take supplements to get what is necessary to sustain the body. Dr Berg says to eat vegetables, Dr Berry says no, Diet doctor says they're not necessary but he recommends them. I'm still pondering all of this, but I've come to the conclusion that you have to do what makes you feel the best and keep the weight off. So enjoy the greens!!! 😊😊😊

I make my own version of green smoothie as sometimes my tummy has issues digesting real greens. I get nutritional value drinking it & it's yummy too. Poor Levi & tummy issues. Glad you're all getting your smec in order. Be well.

Tim Ferris in his book "4 hour body" was a big pusher of AG. That book really started me on my health and fitness journey back in the day, and much of it still holds true, but not all. Anyway, I just couldn't afford to continue with Athletic Greens, and still can't afford it.

🤔 helps with skin issues? that might be worth trying for psoriasis. And hey that's not a bad way to get carbs for low carb, there is worse. 🤷

Hey. Thanks for the vlog. Unfortunately, those with kidney issues need to avoid lectins, oxalates and antinutrients which are contained in green powders. Hope you guys have a great weekend. Take care! 🌺

Products, products, products. Always another product or supplement. What has gone so wrong with human beings that they have to be dependent on industrial processing and freighting food across the planet. Are we really that fragile?

Beware of green drinks if you have any kidney stone issues. Lots of allergens in here as well. I have legume allergies and this has peas and alfalfa and they don't say what type of lethicin it is. Could be soy lethicin.

Thank you for your honesty! I'm eating carnivore but still don't have the energy I am used to on keto. But I have been able to stick to it more easily and am seeing body comp improvements. I may try something like this in the future if I don't see improvement.

The other thing that might’ve happened with the change with salads is that because you have not eaten them for an extended period of time and have been eating mostly carnivore/ketovore, your gut has healed, thus enabling you to better handle these foods. That happened to me.

On the last video you did, I got a scam reply saying that I won the prize. I didn’t respond, but reported them. Their channel uses your name and your photo. ☹️
