π YOU wonβt BELIEVE just how FLAVOURFUL yet SIMPLE this Chicken Noodle Soup is π²
π₯£ Ingredients
– 2-3 chicken breast (400g)
– 2 spring onions, Finley chopped
– 125g Celery
– 2 cubes frozen garlic
– 2 cubes frozen ginger
– handful fresh coriander
– 1 red chilli
– Salt
– Ground black pepper
– 6 cups water
– 1/2 tbsp oil
– 1 tbsp light soy sauce
– 150g egg noodles, or noodles of choice
π©βπ³ Method
1. Slice 125g celery, 1 red chilli and 2 spring onion stalks (separate tops and bottom)
2. To saucepan add 6 cups water and bring to boil.
3. Add 2 chicken breast, 2 cubes frozen ginger, 2 cubes frozen garlic, all the sliced veg (except sping onion tops), 1/2 tbsp oil, ground black pepper to taste, 1 tsp salt and cook covered on a medium heat for 15 mins.
4. Once times up, remove chicken breast and shred, then add it back to the pot.
5. Add 1 tbsp light soy sauce and 1 nest of noodles (I usually use egg noodles but have used pad thai rice noodles here).
6. Add handful of coriander (fresh or frozen) then cook for 5-10 mins.
7. Serve topped with the spring onion and sesame seeds (optional).
