    LOVE LOVE LOVE all of your meals!!! just PLEASE never eat hot foods on styrofoam plates; you are consuming toxins from the plastic coating on the plates. You will notice the styrofoam melt a little when anything hot touches eat. Not critizing you, at ALL….just trying to keep you and your family safe!!!

    Love the simplicity!! I think the “keto” snacks are minimizing my ketosis to low 0.5 area. I have to get my act together and drop the snacks even though they are not supposed to effect ketosis😭

    What section in Costco did you find the Folios? Also, when you were reading your macros from Carb Manager you said you are dropping fats to 140-150, but it has a max of 106. You didn’t go over on fats if you want it at 140-150 … I think you need to reset your fat macro because it looks like it is at 106. You also mistakenly called your protein macros your fat macro and said it was too high …. your protein number looks good! Your macros actually look good if your going for 140-150 fat grams! Keep these great recipes coming! 💕

    Yum you dinner looks delicious! But you said that your ketones were 0.9 but did you know that 0.5 is the start of nutritional ketosis so you worent kicked out maybe they went down a little bit but you were still in ketosis according to Dr. Boz. So u still good!!!

    Daniela your eyes are mesmerizing. Everytime I see your face made up it always reminded me of someone. Now I remember, it was my Barbie doll. Your eyes made up look like Barbie. Beautiful.That meat looked great, so glad you did your own seasoning blend. Maybe you could do a chaffle or fathead dough for the bread next time for you and Leo.

    Been on keto going on 3months, I’ve lost a total of 28lbs. I’ve notice recently that my hair started to shed a lot , Is this normal? Could it be the lack of protein? I do take collagen every day…OMG .. I’m scared . I’m seeing my Dr this week😬

    Making this beef on Sunday minus the peperocini peppers. My son does not like those peppers. Will used crushed red peppers instead. I have a chuck roast in the freezer so I cant wait to try this.

    Ty for explaing the kick out part i was kicked out yesterday i was like wtf i didnt eat anything i shouldnt be kicked…. but that explains it i wasnt hungry at all yesterday so all i had was my bulletproof coffee and water
