Full of MSG leave out the marmite mate….lol Trying to make something healthy and then stuffing it up by putting any of the mite eg: marmite, vegimite, promite. The company says there is no msg LOL…Salt is added to yeast which is grown on barley or wheat. (This is why the mites are NOT considered gluten free). This causes the cell to dry up and self destruct. Chemical enzymes are added to kill the yeast cells outright. Refining processes are used to leave a paste high in glutamic acid. At this point, there is no difference between this and MSG – they are functionally identical. The rest of it is healthy with out the MITES ….

Thank you for this recepie, my slow cooker has low, high and warm, been cooking the broth on low from the beginning, however I think it's bubbling like as it was boiling, is it still safe to drink? Should I have put it on warm? Would really appreciate an answer if possible. Thank you👍😊

Hi I'm going to follow this recipe in a couple hours so would be great if you could respond!

In the notes you say not to use vinegar but then you use vinegar in the video.

Do I need to go and get some vinegar before doing this?? Cheers
