A trick to keep instant pot’s inside to not move around when cooking ground meat or stir items, use a large binder clip. Ones like they use in an office. Clip on the sides to hold inner pot still. I love your preps and the fact your family helps. 💓🌷💕

I add diced onions and celery to my tuna salad and some mustard. Same but no mustard to my chicken salad.
Love your channel. Thank you for the inspiration to do big batch prep for the week!

First batch cooking was a bust. Wasted too much food. I made WAYYYYYYYYY too much. Food wasn't really freezeable. I am now full keto, so I will re-attempt this weekend and learn from my mistakes!!! I have purchased some great products since my last one. I am rarin' to go!! Also, I mafe keto curried chicken salad for the first time ever with avocado mayo, curry powder, chicken, onion, celery and a few grapes finely diced with sour cream. IT was AMAZING!!!

I’m interested in the ketones you use in the morning before your walks. Do they give you a lot of energy and help with keeping the fast going? Thanks for the great video and inspiration!

Love love love I have a questuon, if you put mayo and pickle juice in your tuna/chicken, how long does that stay in the fridge? My mom taught me to prep the tuna and leave in fridge but mix the mayo right when youre going to eat it.

I love watching your videos! They give me the motivation to do my batch cooking! Today I made unstuffed cabbage roll soup, taco bake, Turkey breast, asparagus, and I chopped all the lettuce and berries up and made mashed cauliflower! Thank you for all your inspiration!

Every time I crack an egg during meal prep, I hear your husband's voice in my head saying “smash it!” If you decide to do merchandise, “Smash it, mon!” belongs on a t-shirt or water bottle! Lol 😂

I was a batch cooking boss today
Made big batch of turkey sloppy joes for my son and family( not keto)
Made taco seasoned hamburger for 4 lunches
I will do taco bowls so cleaned and chopped Romaine, tomato, cut up avocado, portioned sour cream and cheese.
Made short ribs with mushrooms for dinner in crockpot
Might be two meals if we exercise portion control
Making cauliflower mash so prepped for that
Cut up left over steak for salads during the week
I cooked 6 chicken thighs in my air fryer
Sautéed almost ready to dump baby spinach, mushrooms and onion on stove to have during the week with chicken
I also cleaned the mushrooms for the short ribs and have more ready for another meal in the fridge
I cleaned and cut up strawberries and washed other berries
    Bringing some to sons tomorrow

I have a lot for the week

    Lunches will be taco bowls
Dinner will be chicken and veggies or steak salad
I have romaine chopped and ready to go

I never wash all my strawberries or they won’t last

    I am set till Friday
Then I will grill steaks again

I try to batch cook every Sunday
