This resonates with me as I go through perimenopause and feel like I'm gaining fat in places I never used to. I'm prioritizing protein, started lifting weights and tucked the scale away for now. I would be eating on point and the scale would fluctuate by a couple of pounds each day, which messed with my head. Thank you for articulating what I've been feeling lately too!

One of my favorite workout videos was taibo by Billy blanks. I loved it! And it whittled me down to a size 6 from a size 18 in 17 weeks months when i did it daily with my low fat diet ( 1999 😂)

I took the summer off of tracking to let my body get accustomed to the hormones I added back in. I am feeling better but I am with you on doing a reset in September. BBBE is what I am thinking but maybe dairy..hmmm
I have a few 5 , 10, 20 minute work out's I like some days I just dont have the time but I can do the short ones. As long as I'm moving I'm good.

You are a true experimenter, which is fantastic! I have been going to the gym, working with a trainer (free at Planet Fitness), using a walking app for the past month now. Also have been mostly carnivore this month. Next month, who knows………lol Love your videos for sure!
