I used Bush's beans but make mine pretty much the same way. So good. If your diabetic or have kidney failure, you can have these but limit the serving to about a half cup and make adjustments to your other carbs.

I love baked beans and these look delicious, but those of us with pre/diabetes and diabetes shouldn’t touch them. They are loaded with carbs and shoot blood sugar through the roof! Still like to watch your videos though..Blessings!
