I see you are doing the L.Rheuteri yogurt also. I have been making the fermented dairy with the additional Lactobacillus gasseri and Bacillus coagulans. After eating that I can go for hours and hours without even thinking about eating. The other plus is of course my digestion and my skin which has greatly improved. Your roast looks fantastic. My Instant Pot has been getting used so much lately that I am rarely putting it back up because I have it back out to do something else. It will just have to take up counter space.
What is the ratio butter to coconut oil to make the hearts? I add butter to my hot tea and froth. Just like adding cream but no carbs. I would love to try the butter/coconut oil with cinnamon and my sweet drops. Yum!
