    Thank you for your recipes. Q. In your next level yeasted bread you use 1/2 tsp gelatin; however, in your other breads you use 1 tbsp. What’s the texture difference?

    I use your bread recipe all the time now, and love your breading. I have one issue when I make buns-and that is the dampness on them after they cool off. My bread does not do that but the buns do, I don't get it!
    I managed McDonald's for a few years-their fish was good! Yours looks amazing!!

    Fantastic! I did a substitute for egg/cream and put a couple dollops of avacodo mayo into a plastic bag and drenched the fish in that, and then coated with the bread crumbs. Also substituted the egg white powder (didn't have any on hand) with finely grated parmesan cheese. OMG. Just delish! I may try adding some grated lemon rind in the mayo next time.

    When I made the breading for calmari for some reason it didn't stick when I Fried them up not sure why then I double dipped them in egg mixstire breading again and still didn't stick🤔

    I used your breading for shrimp tonight and it turned out great! I have also done chicken drummies. I fried in bacon grease. You have cracked the code. I have been low carb and now keto for years and could never find a breading for fried chicken.
