Such a great time all ya all had. Love to see families enjoying life WITHOUT their devices. Gotta laugh though when I heard you say, “I wasn’t super hungry at all but it was lunch time so I ate” Reminded me of how I used to think….now intuitive eating works for my body the best.
The vit B drops are to go under tongue for 30 sec to absorb into the body, not sure on vit D. Hope this was helpful love your channel!!

I live in Montana and have been on the Oregon coast once it was dreary and raining and the wet sand felt terrible then I was on the California coast twice it was grey dreary just blah. My Grandmother sent a rainy day Atlantic Ocean picture. I haven’t had any desire to see any ocean. I know I’ve seen on TV great pictures of the oceans . This is the first time I’ve seen family having a Great time enjoying the sand and water .
I know my story sounds strange but I sure had all those terrible memories in my head .

We went there just once. . They were celebrating the Blessing of the Boats, very moving. Kids climbing = tire them out . Yum food…and beer at the restaurant.
