Best thing ever, salmon skin too. I’ve been noticing that every time I go to buy chicken breasts or salmon, the skins are removed😡

You can also do this with salmon skin. The dogs go crazy for it (no seasoning.) You can roll the skin as well if it’s a big slamon
I'm sure I would like the taste, but chicken just doesn’t hold me for very long g. I might try them sometime when I'm having some beef, though.
