I did it! I used my leftover ribeye steak that was cooked medium. Cut into steak finger size. Coated the pieces in egg (I forgot to use the cream), then coated the fingers in your wonderful coating mix. I added my own home made ranch dressing mix for seasoning. Deep fried until the coating turned golden and crispy. I presented my daughter who is a very picky non-keto eater with a sample. Her eyes opened wide with delight. So I offered to split my serving with her . She accepted heartily!
Thank you for all of your amazing R&D.

Do you have a good keto or sugar free BBQ sauce recipe please? …It is what my Granddaughter loves but the normal high sugar one…is so bad… I love your videos and great content and info. Cheers from Australia ❤

Is anyone worried about the oil that Pork rinds are cooked in? It can be a problem. I haven’t found a good clean Pork Rind crumb here in Australia… most are cooked in Canola oil… dah!

Thanks will give it a go but actually I believe frying anything has not been good for me in the past… what oil do you suggest to be best for frying? Or can I just Air-fry this? Oh I just watched the whole vid and love the Airfryer… we only have one top element.. so must pre-heat…

OMG – I coated chicken wings in this and cooked them in the air fryer last night. They were AMAZING! Tasted like regular fried chicken wings you'd get at Popeye's or someplace. I felt like I was cheating! LOL. I dry brine my wings (salt, pepper and garlic powder) for 8-12 hours in the fridge before I usually cook them in the air fryer, so they were flavored perfectly with the breading on them. I'm going to try seasoning some boneless skin on chicken thighs with Cajun seasonings (spicy fried chicken anyone?) and then breading them with this. I can't wait to see how they turn out. I'm also going to see if the pork rinds, egg white powder and gelatin can act as a bread crumb replacement in meatballs and meatloaf. I'll let you know how it turns out. Thanks so much for all the experimenting and sharing you do!

Can't wait to try.. TY for your great Carnivore Recipes. I am going dairy free so I will substitute the cream for either a dash of water or bone broth. I've used that before in my egg instead of cream and it does work as a breading wash.

Awesome! I've made carnivore breading with just the pork rinds and EWP but I am not surprised you found a way to make that even better! I can hardly wait to try it next time I need breading! 😍

So , I am imagining I need to get some pickles now, so I can have pickle juice to soak my chicken in, and make some Chick Fil A style chicken!

I used to use crushed corn flakes cereal to make a crumb for my gluten free fried fish coating. Your recipe is similar in texture and appearance, I wonder if it could be made with just a touch of sweetness too? I suppose adding erythritol or allulose would ruin the coating.

This is fabulous! I use my egg white bread crumbs and pork rinds similarly with this same result, however, this is much easier if I don't have the egg white bread crumbs prepared.❤️❤️
