I like the soup a lot. When I started keto. I missed certain cream based soups a lot. I like leaving the veggies whole. I like the extra colors in the soup. I use a red pepper instead of poblano’s.

Very cool video. Glad you enjoyed it! May have to make it sometime. Was there any worry in using the stick immersion blender while the stove was on? Thanks for sharing! 🖖🏻😘👍🏻🙏🏻

I prefer using Cooking Keto with Kristie's recipe for pumpkin sausage soup. It is outstanding. I love any kind of pumpkin sausage soup, so I am sure I would have loved this one too. Seemed like a lot of work and a lot of ingredients though.

I was waiting for you and Lindsey to share your experiences since you told Chris & Miriam on their live that you were making it. I finally decided to make it tonight. Was afraid it would be too sweet. I ended up adding another jalapeno with seeds and a little cayenne to offset the sweet. The spices in the caramel pumpkin Keto Chow really added to the flavor. My son is on a kick of going out for soup and sandwich lately and he ranked it up there with his restaurant choices. I will give my family one chance at leftovers then I will freeze up the rest in single servings for me.

FOMO so I also made the soup. It was very good and I went back for seconds….and then a few more spoonfuls while it was cooling. Hmmm, trigger food crossed my mind. Next day I had some over my eggs and burger patty – also very good. Definitely wanted to eat more so I portioned it out and froze the remaining. I probably will not make again any time soon because I can't seem to say no to just one more spoonful. Over and over again. lol
