I mentioned on the 2 Krazy Ketos livestream that I’m going to do a month of carnivore for July (i don’t remember if you were there already when I did that) and I was thinking of making the mashed potatoes. I was thinking that if I make it I was thinking of making an extra batch of the egg whites since it takes forever to make and freeze it for the next batch. What do you think of that?? Good idea or bad??

I've had sardines in my cupboard for ages, kept meaning to try them and putting it off. Because of you doing this challenge, I watched Dr. Boz's videos and several of Anita's and finally tried them tonight. I had one tin that was packed in olive oil and just pan seared them until they were hot, and I ate the other can cold. They were really, really good with the Trader Joe's yuzu hot sauce, and I also ate a few bites with a habanero hot sauce, but I also enjoyed them plain! I was always so nervous to even try them, but thanks to you lovely ladies, I finally did. I definitely think I could do 72 hours, though it would be tough. For a while, at least, I'll have a tin occasionally as a meal or part of a meal. I recently learned how to make air fryer salmon that I really love, too, so I finally have a couple of good oily fish meals in my repertoire that I know I enjoy and can make often. It's a step forward in my health journey, and I'm very grateful to all three of you!

This new flavor of Keto Chow sounds good. My favorite flavor lately has been the Apple Pie, so this will be interesting to try. Considering that you did try the chocolate core Keto Chow at Keto Con, would you think that the Waygu tallow would taste good with the Birthday Cake?

Yea! You powered through! Congratulations! Thanks to YOU, I have begun my 72 hour sardine fast officially today at 1 PM today! My first mistake was not getting in some electrolytes. So I am now paying the price. I will power through my walk and X-3 Push day! Then partake in a couple of cans of sardines!! Thanks again for sharing your sardine challenge experience and the rest of your content! I'm excited to try some of the new Birthday Cake Keto Chow!! Be safe, and God bless!

Congrats on getting through 72 hours, I only made it 48 due to GI issues. The odd thing is I went back to low carb eating yesterday and today (50 or so carbs in a day) and my ketones are STILL 1.1 after my walk today! It really was a metabolic jump-start for me. I lost 5 pounds but I expect some of that to come back on.

Im so glad I can tolerate and have even come to enjoy Sardines. I hated them at first but started with frying in butter ( I hated the olive oil ones, so I just got the In-Water By Season, with skin and bones then added Ghee as my fat) Then I sprinkled with parmesan cheese . That was my game changer. Now I can eat them in other ways too. Here are a couple of my LIKES…. Smashed with Chris's Butter May. Breaded with Nilis Carnivore breading and fried in Bacon/Ghee combo fat. I keep some of the Bar Harbor SMOKED brand around for a quick meal. I can eat the smoked ones plain. Hope some of you who hated them at first can find a way to tolerate them. All of the versions above lowered my Blood Sugar and increased my Ketones so while not the "pure" way, it does work for me and it did what is was supposed to. .

Birthday cake flavor sounds much better than sardines. You are a trooper to get through that sardine challenge. That steak looks delicious. I know you are glad it is over and back to eating normal. Thanks for sharing.🤩

So I’m doing the challenge but modified to get through it since I’ve never tried sardines before I was scared. My version will be 1 can tuna 2 cans boneless skinless olive oil packs tablespoon primal mayo capers and mustard. It was actually fine. I ate half for lunch and will eat the rest for dinner for the next 3 days. So not following the ending with Sardines at 72. We will see if the modifications totally mess with my numbers.

Kudos to you , I can eat sardines but not a go to. Don't think I could do 3 days. That steak looks fantastic. I'm going to try faux spuds soon. Looks so much better than cauli-mash or radishes, celery root.
    Thanks for all you do

Im not trying to be snarky. I promise. ButI totally do not understand people eating keto Chow. We do everything to not eat processed packaged foods then people eat this a processed powder filled with who knows what !! I'm glad it makes you happy, but I don't get it.
