Hi Jen, thnxs she for the video. As for the dip, its vanilla Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and cinnamon. I don't remember the measurements as I've been making it for years and I do it to taste now, plus it was one of the only ways I could get my husband to eat yogurt, until I found the Chobani flips.

Yumm! I should send you my cheese potato recipe. It uses cream of celery and cream of potato soups! When you said cram if anything soup and cheese all I could think was YEP! That's what I grew up on especially at church functions! Lol

Love breakfast for dinner. So hard to time things to be done cooking at the same time. I’ll have to try keeping things warm in the oven next time:). Not sure why this never occurred to me before seeing you do it🤣

I liked your breakfast/nursing story. When I first started cooking I felt so defeated that I could not figure out how to get the hash browns, eggs, bacon, and toast to be finished all at the same time without something being burnt or cold. 10+ years later and I don’t even have to think twice about it.

And omg I am so making those apple fries for Adelyn this week! I bought apples yesterday. 😃🍎

You need to host a Meet Up/Potato casserole bake off 🤣🤣🤣 It would be a dream come true for many of us I’m sure!!
I only use cream of mushroom soup in my potato casserole. Most people in my family are not mushroom fans and have zero clue I use it. I tried cream of chicken once and it was too bland/salty. I keep it really simple- can of cream of mushroom, Mayo and fresh shredded cheese. Garlic powder, salt and pepper. I’m ready for the bake off!!

Oh yum going to make that cheesy potatoes but I think I will try Campbell's cream of bacon. I was trying to scribble all down then you mentioned its in your cookbook so I can stop scribbling 😃I quite often make a breakfast for dinner to 🙂 One of my favorites when I am really in a do not want to do anything much because to tired are egg mc muffins. Sometimes ham slices, sometimes bacon but the frozen sausage patties are also easy. And everyone is always very excited when it is breakfast sandwich supper night.

Love this video! We have brinner one day each week and it is always a family favorite! It also lets me use up all the extras in my fridge. My western omelettes use up a lot of the veggies and cheese and French toast uses up extra bread. Enjoy your week!

Jen, I think my favorites of the meal you made tonight are the cheesy hashbrown casserole, and the Paleo chicken sausages. I've never eaten a Paleo product. Does it taste like non-Paleo chicken sausage? Keep more great videos coming!

Great video Jen, I cook the sausages whole in air fryer @370 for 7 minutes, turn and cook for another 4-6 minutes, then I slice them in bite size pieces. I also cook brats that way, taste is great!
