Good point about the purest foods sometimes not looking as pretty as the ones loaded with preservatives. Your son scarfing the bowl of chocolate cracked me up.

Levi knows how to get the whole bowl, lol. As always, fun to watch them taste testing. I think you need to make some cookies with them for testing on the melting, texture, etc.

Another useful, well-thought-out, beautifully presented video by our Nili! Also I loved your interview with Steve from Serious Keto! I think that a LOT of people are really noticing you – I think you're great of course – but you've really got something special.

As far as anyone criticizing your parenting style, I have worked in Pediatrics for 40 years and let me tell you – if we had more moms like you I'd be out of a job. You're fantastic! Those kids are happy smart sweet kids you can just tell that they're raised with the greatest love.

Thank you again for all you do for us!

I'd even chop up a GoodSam bar for chips. I don't eat much chocolate any more, but GoodSam bars are pretty tasty and I like that they use allulose rather than other sweeteners that don't agree with me.

I think you can definitely say that Levi luvs chocolate! I tend to agree with Renee on taste tests. It was great to see all the kids give their opinion as they are very honest about what they are thinking.

Love all your kids. They each have their own charm. That said, Levi is so stinkin' adorable! Nativo should hire him as their poster boy, with him face down in a vat of their chips, eating his way out! 😂

Choczero is hands down the best I've tasted with zero gastric issues. They use monk fruit and resistant dextrin. Not dairy free though. They're addictive and dangerous

they aren't difficult to make your own. you do have to buy a mold of some sort. the only ingredients needed are cocoa butter, baker's chocolate (100% unsweetened), and powdered sweetener.

the chocolatev that has white on it is bloomed. it can be tempered (melted and reformed) and the white will be gone.

personally i use 28g baking chocolate, 14 g sweetener and 7 g cocoa butter. if you want it to work well you can use sunflower lecithin very tiny amount. obviously i use more than that but that's the basic multiples i use.

By the way… LOVED the interview with Steve. Can't wait for you to school him on hotdog buns! LOL He's a great recipe guru and I love him and followed him for years, but your bread and buns are superior to anything I have ever made. I've been Keto/Keto-vore 4+ years. Birthday this year I will be 70, and have lost 217 lbs. Improved my health dramatically. Journey in progress – still going. 22 pounds more till I reach goal.

VERY much needed review for me. I like to stay in the same requirement zone as You.
It is odd they need be 2-3x's what the other healthier choc chips cost. ??
Vegan cheeses are the worst for potato, corn & unidentified starches 🙁
Like choc chips, I have made my own but since we have to make Everything we eat, sometimes it would be nice to get something already pre-made.
Thank You & Bless You & Your lil angels MORE!!

I use a 4oz bakers unsweetened chocolate bar, melt & add a pinch of salt, vanilla, 1 tsp coconut oil & 3.2 ozs (weight) of powdered sweetener, usually a blend of allulose & erythritol. I have a cool choc chip mold, but I usually just pour into my bar molds & break into chunks for cookies. This is pretty economical. I've done the organic cocoa powder & butter route as well. I keep in the fridge as I like the texture. Freeze them before you bake in cookies:)

NEWS FLASH… just watched a new video by Thomas DeLauer (posted yesterday?) about Allulose. Don't usually follow him… It was a happy accident. Turns out could be good news. I have been hesitant about the Honey and/or Acacia you add to the bread & buns. Maybe Allulose will make it okay for me. I react to most sweeteners especially erythritol. Love the Honey & yeast idea added to your recipes, but I must avoid it (diabetes). Now I think I can try it, by just adding a little more Allulose. Will test with my CGM and let you all know.
