Hello Indigo! I've been making your egg white bread but it always comes out sunk in the bottom. What can be the problem?
I don't use gelatin powder neither acácia fiber or araroowt powder. Can it be this? I just have psyllium husk, can I substitute the acácia fiber for that? Thank you so much 😊🙏

Heyo! Howdy! Cute desserts and the kids liked them too. If a person doesn't have a vitamix, what kind of blender would you recommend? (Budget is not allowed for such a expensive blender, I just splurged on a KitchenAide Mixer) is there a certain power, or quality that woudl be good but not cost too many hundreds?
