    Great meal prep Milly!! I enjoy your meal prep videos as is, how you naturally prep. I personally prefer broccoli 🥦 too but I also love me my cucumber with lemon, & the Trader Joe’s chili lime seasoning 👌🏽 Also, you have to convince me that the Korean lentils are good. It just doesn’t seem to go together 🫣

    Love your videos. Not sure how you had the oven going for 2 different cycles it’s too hot for that. Lol. I typically meal prep on Sunday morning. My partner takes his mom to church, grocery shopping, lunch and does our laundry at her house. Gives him a reason to spend more time with her. I pre prep some stuff on Saturday like yogurt , freeze tofu and soak any nuts I plan on using. This week I made 3 sauces, muffins, overnight oats (I hate them but you can’t beat the convenience). I also make meal bags with my pantry ingredients so dinners take 20 minutes at most.
