I currently use Judees egg white powder. It takes ten minutes to get to stff peaks. My mixer is not Kitchenaid but very powerful. I want to try the butter powder when my order comes. I do like the arrowroot addition. I find I like the texture. Thank you for all your experiments!

Keto chow is great stuff.. I was happy to see they added egg white protein to their product line.. I prob won't purchase it, but it's nice to have more companies carrying it.

If Maria Emmerich is the Godmother of the "egg bread movement" than you my dear are the Goddess! You deserve a lot of credit for your experiments and constantly raising the bar. Thanks to you … pizza, a peanut butter sandwich and a greasy-bacon cheeseburger are back in my life. And … I'm still losing weight! THANK YOU Indi!

Thank you for your honest opinion and thorough information. I am so impressed with your honesty!

I have tried every egg white bread I found on youtube and for me, hands down, your Version is the best. No choking! A huge plus that this version has more flavor and less ingredients!

    Thank you so much!

I know KC is a good product but it's too expensive for me. I like your recipes as you try to make things as cheap as possible but yet quality. Disappointed KC made it so expensive

Appearance is important to me, although I know taste should be the real test. I find the whole egg powder yields a lovely loaf, especially if you are trying to get others to try the bread. Waiting for the yolk powder. I love Keto Chow and their owners so looking forward to your experimentation. One question – why does everyone slice the whole loaf at once? I do but often wonder why.

By the way, thank you for all your hard work and time spent. Using yolk powder/butter powder has made this bread wonderful for me. I just could not eat without feeling like it was sticking in my throat and all the way down. The flavor is better, too.

So egg white bread has been around since at least the 1970's. My dad used to make it for our lo-carb diet. No one has "invented" it recently…they've only promoted its use. Please give it a bit more research before continually claiming someone created it who didn't.

So grateful for you! Just wanted to make sure you make the keto chow a day before… the flavor is definitely improved with time. My husband and I love keto chow! We drink it as a delicious meal replacement shake or make it into pudding or ice cream for a dessert for dinner occasionally, when we are in the midst of busyness. It recommends waiting, but seriously, WAIT. Also, I like some flavors better with melted butter but that does make it a bit more specific in how you make the keto chow. Heavy cream or oils are easier. You may want to try different methods to see what you like better also. šŸ˜€

I am Carnivore and have never been Keto. However, your work is very compatible. Sunflower Oil is NOT good. Seed oils are considered, by the scientists and physicians that study Zero Carb, to be "worse than sugar"!!! Keto folks would take great advantage from that warning. Seed oils are very bad for the human body.

I follow you because you always tried to stay in a budget and make recipes using convenient ingredients. But if you get sponsored I totally understand you make so many try and fails and and deserve it. sponsored people are hard to trust they get free product just to say good things about the company. Iā€™ll keep your butter loaf recipe is affordable for me using now brand or bulk supplement brand. Anyways their all processed. Thank for all your hard work

I have to say I was disappointed when I saw the price. I just purchased bulk supplements egg white powder after your video and their price is in my budget. Thank you for all the information you offer. I love your videos.

Hi Nili. Would you mind posting the macro break down for your latest bread recipe, if you get the chance? My egg white powder doesn't have macros listed. Could you do that for the butter and also the whole egg powder with arrowroot? I can't currently do dairy, but can't wait to try it when I do eventually get to have it… maybe some day… Oh, and butter powder is completely sold out at iherb! PS. Don't worry if your egg whites don't whip up. They could potentially make great protein wraps?

Great review! Didn't you used to use 120 grams of ewp? I know Wendy from Loving it on Keto uses 3/4 c and still gets great results. That is so interesting to me that the amout of ewp can vary so widely! Thank you for all these wonderful experiments! I'm so glad I found your channel. Your kids are so sweet and I love their honest thumbs up reviews.

Absolutely not purchasing keto chow's EWPP. Their products are great but when I saw how much it splattered and wouldn't whip, it felt a little worrisome just watching it (I think it would frustrate me waiting for the final whipping to happen). It's nice that there are more EWPP options but the additional ingredients they may put in may still cause high prices by the process of elimination as an option. I purchase EWPP just for the bread-making, so it definitely doesn't benefit me to have the sunflower lecithin added. I'm currently liking the NOW brand for my EWPP but will experiment with other brands for cost efficiency. I love watching your channel.

I love their mixes to make ice cream! I think I saw in 9ne of your videos that you baked in a countertop oven of some kind?I'm a truck driver and when we are home we stay in a camper because we are waiting for our house to be built any who I think my camper oven is too small to bake one of these loves in so if you did bake in a countertop oven could you recommend what you used? If you didn't just disregard this long winded question lol

A Keto Chow egg white powder is unnecessary when thereā€™s so much of it on the market at a lower price. Iā€™m sticking with the NOW powder. Donā€™t overspend for unnecessary items.

I guess I have to agree with a few people. The price of keto chow is too much if you want to make this on a regular basis. It was a smart idea for them to send you their products since you have a lot of following in the PSMF world. Their products might be good but their prices are not as affordable. I know you might like their products, and if you like them you will probably experiment with them often. But I also hope you continue to give us ideas using alternatives instead of only keto chow like I have seen on other channels. Thanks for sharing all your ideas they have helped many of us in hard times to stay healthy

I was going to mention the lecithin has a bit of fat which might make it take longer to form peaks, but then I saw some other commenters mentioned it šŸ˜…. And I agree that KetoChow is very expensive šŸ˜¬

The extra whip time might be because of the towel (holding in moisture??). The same thing happened to me with one of the previous versions of the recipe and the Judee's powder when I put a towel over it. I gave up and tossed the batch because it wasn't whipping. I guess I should have given it a bit more time. KitchenAid makes a clear plastic cover thing they call a pouring shield and I use that. I still have splashing, but the cover minimizes it a lot and the recipe whips faster.

Thank you Nili. Looking at the bread you just finished it looks more like the original magic eraser texture is it? These last experiments you have done look amazing and more like bread, with the holes in it. For me Iā€™ll stick to the NOW brand, it has no added ingredients and is much cheaper, when I use up what I have i am gonna try BULK not sure if they have added ingredients, if they do I wonā€™t buy. Nili your recipe for the bread is a game changer for me, a million times better than MEā€™s original recipe. I donā€™t know what KCā€™s values are supposed to be but itā€™s not about the health of the American people or the wouldnā€™t put the sunflower oil in it, it very inflammatory and their products are outrageously expensive. Itā€™s a big NO for me.

Very unaffordable as are all of the Keto Chow products. The other thing that does disturb me is the sunflower lecithin as it's a processed seed oil which is, in my mind, as bad as the soy lecithin. Thanks so much for doing this video.
