Thank you for sharing again the range of calories you eat on baseline diet days. I was thinking mine were high, but they're in line with yours and I also eat to hunger.

Anxious to try the crepes! They are the perfect size as far as I am concerned. I have that same pan……about how much of the double batch you made gets poured onto the pan? 1/2 cup? 1/3 cup? 3/4 cup? I struggle some days trying to figure out how much of what!!! Thanks and looking forward to seeing the result of the "cute little buns" cuz I need those in my life!!

Watching you make the EW crepes I realized I’m using only 2 tbsp of the gelatin. They come out fine but wonder how much better they would be with 4 tbsp. I love the crepes Next batch I’ll try it.
Your steak looked so good 🥩😋

Not to sound stupid, did I miss something? 6 oz of steak, two eggs, 1 chomp, 3 egg white Hawaiian rolls and six oz of shaved beef stir fry equals 158 grams of protein?

You always make the crepe making look so easy! So far I've only made about 4 batches and I do seem to get better each time. Wondering how long before I get to your ease!

I made a batch of the crepes today. I made a simple version of Keto enchiladas with them. Very good. I love how Izzy magically appears when you're cutting up your steak. 🦋🦋🦋💙💙💙🦋🦋🦋
