Looks wonderful! Good job! 👍🏻 I have never had it and was thinking that if one would maybe filet (?) make thinner thighs and eat like a sandwich, would that work? Possibly tenderloin strips pounded thinner. Beautiful! 🖖🏻😘🙏🏻👍🏻

Thank you for taking the time in trying these recipes. Two containers of the 5 pound egg white protein arrived a few days ago and I was thinking what was I going to do with a lot of powder. Thankfully they’ll be used up before 2025 with your recipes.
I’ll be trying this recipe and continue to bake the keto bread. My kids can’t even tell it’s keto.

Nili, I have a question about the protein breading. Why do you put the gelatin? What does it do? Thank you! I love your recipe just wanted to know the logic behind it.

Looks delicious, will be bookmarking and trying this…

That said, Metro Diner has the BEST chicken and waffles in the universe! If I had to pick a "Last Meal" it would be that. If I ever get to where there's a Metro Diner again, I will have it, carbs be d*mned… (not likely to happen for at least a year. Maybe longer. And not going to happen more than once every year or two. lol)

I've never had 'Chikin n' Waffles" and never understood the appeal, but you made that look so good. I don't like sweet on my chicken so I might just make it similarly up until the end and put fruit compote on my waffles. Thanks for a new recipe for the Dash Mini.

Love your breading mix ……. Have it made up in my pantry all time since I first saw you make it. Always have bacon fat at the ready ……… all I need to do is buy the chicken. This looks so good and tasty 👅. Thanks Indigo for another fabulous recipe. ❤❤😊

Chicken and waffles don't resonate as comfort foods for us Canadians , at least not for me, Waffles were always a sweet breakfast food. Just like biscuits and gravy, a standard breakfast for a lot of Americans but I have never seen it on the menu anywhere here in Canada and I've traveled coast to coast. However I do understand comfort foods and those are quite regional everywhere you go.🎉❤
You always amaze me at what you come up with indigo Nilli!
