Insulin lowers glucose so adding the yogurts which increase insulin could be the reason your glucose is lower, but your insulin is higher and that is not necessarily a good thing.

Your dog could be sniffing truffles under the ground. I live here in Oregon and my red heeler sniffed out Oregon white and black truffles all on his own. And then I took him to truffle school and now he is a official truffle dog. You could bring a little shovel along and look in the dirt truffles can be anywhere from 2 to 6 in underground. And if you pick up a handful the dirt usually you can smell them cuz they are so potent the dirt usually has a truffle smell to it. Be sure to check the back dirt pilr he digs out too, Sometimes the truffles come out with the dirt when they dig

So glad to see a follow up with beans in the chili soup. I really want to start adding a few beans into my diet (I love them so much!) The next time I get to the grocery, I will buy some👍🏼🥰

We have always had GSD's and the way to stop 🛑 digging is to put tube socks on their feet, legs when they go out side. Take them off when they come in. Kids socks are best obviously…..but I have been known to use my hair scrunchies to keep them on. The dogs are focused on the socks & digging is no longer an issue. 😉 🐕

What are your thoughts on sucrolose in keto chow’s products? The flavors look fantastic but people are concerned with sucrolose. I do know they have unsweetened/sweetened with stevia but chocolate only.
