    I've tried the Ezekiel bread didn't like it I'm in Canada and I think depending on where you are in the USA .. if you can get Silver Hills bakery brand, it's sprouted grains and it tastes fabulous. I like the one called Little Big Bread – it's thin sliced but it's hearty for sure.

    There are recipes I've seen on YouTube for making your own flax or seed bread, some are super easy… maybe see what you can find for that.. The ingredients would be far cheaper in the long run if you think about it!

    I’m going to try and get rid of heavily processed food but also too much sugar. I do live that yogurt, but have stopped eating it because of the high sugar content. I can literally eat the whole container because it’s like pudding!! They have a whole milk plain Greek yogurt that is clean and add the fruit which is sweet enough plus nuts for texture. Best of luck on your new eating adventures!!
