Herbert's spice tolerance is improving! I was like him and avoided spicy food until I tasted laksa for the first time at 18. Then I forced myself to build that tolerance because it was SO good. Korean food is on another level though!

Also it’s funny how many kpop idols will come to LA….and first thing they eat is BCD 😂 I hope YB can take Herbert to Korea soon, and do a bunch of travel/food vids there 🙂 only thing that makes me sad is that food in Korea is soooo much cheaper than here in America, and especially with how strong the US dollar is there in comparison to KRW~
I actually made soon tofu based on a recipe from another K cooking channel I enjoy. I didn't have guchugaru though, and so it didn't come out just right. I really love your videos YB. They're mellow and very watchable.
