I am a new friend here and my bell is on. I enjoyed watching your video from the shopping to the finished product. Thanks for talking me through it because I have never made it before. It reminds of when my people made goat head soup in Jamaica.

There is one thing for sure, you can not say your soup lacks any flavoring. You put everything in here but the kitchen sink. These are the best dishes! I also learned something new today. This is what collaboration is all about! I have never seen or heard a dish like yours. Honestly, it was a bit intimidating for me to use a goat head, but you have convinced me with your results. Great job! I am so pleased we were in this collaboration together!
