By the way, your English is brilliant. I hope that you don't mind my saying. When you were cooking the tomatoes, onions, Brussels sprouts that kind of cooking is called "frying". "Roasting" is slow cooking something savoury like meat in the oven. "Baking" is when you make something sweet in the oven …. But also the same term is used for oven cooking pastry and potatoes. When use a pan with boiling water, say for veggies or noodles, then you are "boiling" and when you pop your bread in to cook in the morning then you are "toasting" it. English is so darn complicated 😆. You should be very proud of both your language skills and cooking abilities!

Such a pleasure to watch ☺️. I too feel a sense of well-being if I know that my pantry and fridge are well stocked. I’ve always felt that way but the Covid lockdown was scary because I went weeks without being able to buy any groceries, so now I always make sure I have plenty of dry goods and things that have a long expiry date…just in case of the zombie apocalypse (or something like that) 😁🧡🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Да…Вся еда – в сухом виде в пакетиках! В таком холодильнике просто все организовать и поддерживать порядок. Не то что наши европейские овощи,банки и судочки с едой…

A little tip from an italian here: we tend to put 1 egg per 100g of flours, and from the colour of your pasta dough, I can tell that there's too much egg. Also, it's better if you roll it a lot thinner, thus it cooks better and it will have a nicer consistency to the palate! But you did a great job as always! Also try to put a splash of milk, instead of cream, in the pureed potatoes and smash them in the cooking pot already so they get creamy fast. In italy we keep cooking the puree instead of smashing the potatoes in a separate bowl and add the ingredients in the bowl. Love you! Have a nice weekend 🙂

I read boiling the potatoes in cream, and reserve some for mashing, makes delicious mashed potatoes. I haven't tried it, but if it's just a few small potatoes, it wouldn't be much cream…
