    雞肉要軟嫩是要煮到要熟但還不是全熟骨頭有點帶血才好吃,並不是你摸一些有的沒有的雞肉就會變軟嫩這只是增加味道而已!為何大多數人不建議要用蒸的要用水泡煮的是因為用蒸的不好拿捏溫度!
