That pork chops recipe sounds delicious. I was just trying to think of "something different" today and this fits the bill. I know your green beans have to be great too. My Momma was a great cook and she always "seasoned" her green beans with about 1 T. of bacon grease(or, as we call it, liquid gold), and 1 small or 1/2 of a medium onion to 3 cans of green beans(I have 5 sisters, so there were 8 mouths to feed).

You guys are truly in love and love food not many can say that in a family life. But on another note I'm for both Steven no hair are hair . But I think another go Steven need goatee. Surprisingly, American Cheese is really good in this. We put the cheese on burger patties while they're cooling in the pan cooling down & then cut them up. It gives you the 'cheeseburger' flavor.
