The apple thyme dressing is ok. Good but not great. I wish Aldi would bring back the Simply Tuscan Garden they carried for only a few weeks. Best dressing ever! Especially the white balsamic citrus basil. I’ve been searching to try to find it somewhere again. 😢

The underwear comment had me on the floor 😂.. could not stop laughing. You are SO for real- down to earth. Megan: gettin too needy, stop. I've said the exact same thing to myself as I kept putting things that bring me joy. Stop Paw, just stop. Great tour of Aldi's. Love the fact you get a good clear pic of the products, sizes, oz., lbs., dimensions, ect. That really helps . Have a marvelous vacation. Hurry back – dont want to be without your little quirky giggles from an item that suprises you a gets your funny bone. Just fun you are. B well – " we're talkin about food here, makes sense" hu haaa,…

Mateo’s salsa is my favorite. I bought the large jar at Costco on sale and have not bought any other salsa since. It is so good. Good to know they have the smaller jars at Aldi when I can’t find it on sale.

I make my own chili Verde (green) chicken enchiladas. I use leftover rotisserie chicken from Sam's or Costco. Then I chop the chicken and put it in a mixing bowl. I use a large can of green enchilada mix just enough to moisten the chicken. To that I sprinkle sharp cheddar and Jack just enough to blend in to the chicken mixture. Next spoon the mixture into SOFT corn tortillas and roll up, and place them in a 9×13 non stick baking pan, seam side down. I pour remaining green enchilada sauce over the enchiladas and sprinkle additional cheese on top. Bake at 350 in preheated oven about 30 minutes or until bubbly and lightly brown. Its a real hit at family gatherings. I like to use leftover whatever I have on hand. The leftover rotisserie chicken carcass makes excellent bone broth for soup ❤😋

The biggest mistake people make when shopping at Costco these days is Shopping at Costco. Costco sells way too much over-price junk food and AWFUL produce and bakery products. 🤑🤔🤐😵‍💫🤢🤮
