Great video Jen. I love Chex Mix! I make it every Christmas and give it to close friends and neighbors for a gift with a nice bottle of wine. It’s always a hit! Tacos are on my meal plan for March. I just make my own Taco seasoning and it helps me to use up spices so I can refresh my supply.
That’s what I do. We get a large flat of hamburger and I cook up the whole thing and separate it out into one cup increments and freeze it. That way my husband can cook up whatever he wants that needs ground beef, when I’m at work. 😁

You called the theme 'super random', but this is such a timely themed video! We're all cooking more at home and likely making the same 10 dishes over and over (oh, just me?) I know we have random things in our pantry we keep skipping over, but this video has inspired me to dig them out and put a spin on their original cooking instructions. I use the Great Value sausage patties all the time. I love them because they are already cooked so I just pop them in the microwave the heat up while I am cooking my eggs. Sure makes breakfast prep even faster.
That cheesecake looks very good, but I most likely won't be making it because I don't like cheesecake. I however love homemade chex mix, but never make a whole batch because I don't want it going stale.
