I think this is a good idea for more episodes. So many times you see a recipe or one of those instagram posts where they show it's easy and looks perfect but when I try it's not. Nice to see this and look forward to more like it. Thanks for this.

I thought for a minute there you were going to burn the whole thing up with no liquid! :-O

I have only had my IP since Christmas, but I've noticed that when you do PIP (pot-in-pot) or stacked cooking, it takes longer than doing just one thing. So the meatloaf would probably get done by itself in 25 minutes with no problem. I know it only takes 7-9 minutes to make mashed potatoes (I just made some last night, in fact).

The thing I love about mashed potatoes in the IP is that they get so well done, and they're so fluffy, you can actually whip them up with a good wire whisk if you want to. And you don't have to drain them!

I have a new set of insert pans which I can't wait to try out. I might have already done so if I hadn't had to set my IP aside for a week to dry after an unfortunate incident with a can of beans….
