    Just watching this . Hey I eat jello for my joint pain . I take vegan sugar free jello add it to 3/4 cup boiling water mix well put in blender with a whole block of cream cheese and blend well add 1/2 cup ice cubes and water mix again until ice sound is gone pour into a small dish refrigerator a few hours . Been keto 3 years but jello is excellent for joint pain and arthritis pain and stiffness . Won’t give it up nope it works it is the one thing I have made for years always in my refrigerator and I will soon be 70
