I’m a huge fan of precooked meats being frozen as my “fast food”. Chicken breast on the bone with skin can be way cheaper (sometimes.99/lb) and I bake it off, freeze it up with the skin on to protect from freezer burn, add some pan broth like you do and when it’s thawed the skin comes off easy, the meat slips off the bone and it retains all the juiciness! I also buy holiday hams and turkeys, bake them, break them down and cut them up as frozen meal portions to be used later. Of course, save those bones for broth too!

Great video you’re absolutely amazing. You should probably stock up on water that wouldn’t be a bad idea. Can you possibly do more in store grocery shopping videos? I think it would be awesome if you could show how you do your full massive shopping trip

You can use that big piece of fat and others like it from your bacon to season greens, black eyed or purple hull peas, white beans, kidney beans etc. that way it does not go to waste.😊
