Khandesh has khandeshi cuisines,
Vidarbh has varhadi cuisines,
Western Maharashtra has spicy cuisines,
Southern Maharashtra has Maharashtra-Kannadigas cuisines.
Being a Khandeshi, I really appreciate and thank you that you choose this recipe 🙏 . I remember old days when my grandmother used to roast dry coconut and onions in chulha while making bhakari..the aroma of masala and taste of cooking on chulha is incomparable ..
