Oh, wow!! Yay! Thank you for making us another great recipe that can be made low carb! You are such a genius, and I think your talent just never ends. (We do love your regular recipes, too, especially for gift giving to people who don't have to watch their carbs for medical reasons. We also eat them on cheat days. Or weeks, LOL!) You can thicken low carb soups with cream, Xanthan gum, cream cheese, coconut flour, sour cream, or a combination of shredded or powdered cheeses. I use these kinds of things when I make soups, gravies, or sauces. It just depends on what you are making. Love this Zuppa Toscana soup, so we will enjoy this. Thank you! Love from OK

Not that it really matters….but, I think zuppa is pronounced ZOO-puh. I love this soup so much. Nice to have it as a jarred, shelf-stable recipe.
