Omg these look so so so good I love zucchini fries now since I first tried them at a restaurant called Logan’s they have them too and have a good dressing called Parmesan Peppercorn Dressing that I dipped the zucchini fries in omg was good lol i wanna try this recipe too! I tried these with the exact ingredients and I thought it turned out pretty good but since it is almond flour, it is not THAT crispy or even that thick of a coating which Laura mentions…so with that expectation, most of the flavor is in the egg coating. I tried pan frying these in a very light coating of oil spray and they turned out sooo much crispier so def. recommend pan fry over bake. But I really liked it nevertheless, thank you Laura!
