    I made this recipe for Easter. It tasted wonderful but it was too soft to slice properly. I had dried the carrots before grating and followed the recipe exactly. Any suggestions why I had to use a serving spoon rather than easy slicing? I served the barbecue sauce which is also delicious on the side.
