Great video!!!! I love this salad so much, I always order it in any place I go that serves this and now I can finally make it, thank you so much
But İ called "Thai spicy glass noodles salad". Sorry!
This is my fav Thai dish, except for the peanuts. I was good up until the peanuts. Also, I've always had it with shrimp and chicken. Never pork. I'm gonna have to try that variation. Thx.
can it be replace with other noodles rather than glass noodles? can you suggest.
hi pailin, is there any different between Chinese glass noodles and Thailand ones?
Yum Woon Sen looks like it would make a lot of mess for a dish that has to be eaten right away. Can I just separate the noodles and sauce and everything until I'm ready to go on my picnic?
My mom making this right now for our guests and Tom yum soup.

here now I Thailand and I just had yum woon sen for breakfast yesterday and it made me search how to make it after eating it.so delish. 😀
Thai salad is so different from what we normally consider salad. I love them so much they are so freaking good
I use ramen noddles(oriental flavoring), ground pork, cucumbers, cilantro, onions, red-cabbage, peanuts, shrimp, lime juice, sambal-oelek, minced-garlic, scallions, and salsa.
What;s the difference between this recipe and the one from five years ago? thanks
You said don't toss it until you're ready to eat it. For a potluck, can I keep all ingredients in the fridge until I'm ready? Is it OK to eat it cold? Or will it taste different?
This channel was once very popular
When I make mine, I usually brown my ground pork really well to add crunch and a meaty flavor.
One of my fav dish … <3
I love your accent very much! Thank you for sharing this ultimate Thai salad ❤️❤️
Hi, what brand of fish sauce u using?
feed me please
Pai – what brand is the silicon/rubber spatula you use when cooking the pork? I'd love to get one similar that doesn't just melt when I use it sautee…
The taste of Thailand we made it and its so good tnx
Wonderful as usual.
A small comment about saying chiles add spicyness. I would suggest saying it adds heat, simply because not all spices have heat and subsequently the general use of "spicy" when you people really mean "heat" leads to confusion. In fact sensory research tells us that "capsaicin" the heat factor in chile acts on heat receptors in the tongue, so using "heat" also makes scientific sense.
Thanks !
New subbie here 😊😊. I love this food! I lived in Thailand for 5 years and this is one of my favourite thai foods. Now that I live in Europe, I always order Yum Wun Sen everytime I eat at an Asian restaurant. Thanks for this recipe! I wanna make it now but I realized I have no fish sauce 😂, need to buy first.
