I just made this and let me tell you!!!! Everyone was raving about this. I personally only had a fork full because I’m trying to eat less cheese and I can tell you that it was literally the perfect bite. The cheese, the chicken, the slight tang from the lemon pepper potatoes, the veggies. Everything was PHENOMENAL!!!

"Danger Will Smith" I've never seen that many stabs into a Potato in all my life. I've never EVER poked holes in my Baked Potatoes, perhaps it's because I didn't bake one for an Hour and a Half?! My Family has been doing the Twice Baked Stuffed Potatoes since the early 70's, everything else in the Recipe looks great…it's that passive aggressive stabbing that gets me.
