I have seen folks stand the ribs up around the edge of the crockpot and cook them that way. They didn’t cut the ribs in half but wrapped them around the sides. Hopefully I’m making sense. ❤️🤓

HINT: When I have made ribs in the crackpot, the recipe calls for the whole slab to be "standing up" kind of like a coil. It works.

if you want the smoke flavor in your ribs, just add a little liquid smoke to your crockpot. it works miam
