Just made this – with substitutions (one small non-Roma garden tomato, three fresh chilies and Korean chives also from the garden instead of all the dried red chilies and the green onions), but it's totally delicious! Used my first attempt at your chili oil, too, which is wonderful, though I failed to follow all the instructions! lol Thanks!

Gave this recipe a try tonight because you're right, it did sound a little bit odd BUT I had the ingredients and needed to use a tomato that was ready to go. Gotta admit, I was anticipating it would be too spicy as I was cooking it but I should have known better – your recipes are always JUST right! This is officially on my "keeper list" – Thanks! BTW, I'm on my 4th batch of your Chili Oil – will never use storebought again. Keep up the great work. Love the channel.
