I've done quesadillas in the skillet with different fillings, but can only do 1 at a time. I cook flat then fold over, keeps it from getting messy. But this sheet pan idea is great with 2 or more to feed!❤ I would probably still cook them folded over. I never even thought of baking them. Wonderful idea! Thank you!!
