I am in the food industry restaurants and such. I am constantly having to take food safety courses and have never been told that there is anything that I cannot heat in a microwave. My roommate is a food safety instructor for the state of North Carolina and said that she has never ever heard of anything like this. So I'm inclined to believe this video is BS

I had reheated egg burrito and got sick, 🤢 the eggs where dry and moldy. Make sure make them fresh and check always if eggs expired, before eat them.
