I just found your channel and have watched 10 or so videos already. Love these kinds of videos. You remind me of See Mindy Mom, I watch her and have been following her for awhile. Thanks for all the great meal ideas! I really love the water and salt in place of broth if you don't have any. No one has suggested that and it seems like a no brainier but I don't know I would have thought of it. 😘

Just a bit of community information, fresh squeezed juice of Lemons and Limes is a better way to go when cooking , and or cleaning than using the bottle stuff. That bottled stuff has been cooked before it is bottled so there is no vitamins and no nutritional value, and also no cleaning power and a total waste of money. Fresh is always best.

Unfortunately it is Winter where I live and there seems to be a shortage issue of lettuce around most of my country that we have to use substitute vegetables…..No problem there but I have never heard so many politicians in my country compalining about $12 lettuce…..Talk about first world problems.

Alfredo is also so easy to make from scratch but the one you made looks great, too, as is. And thanks for the suggestions for getting more healthy beans into our diet. 🙂

Gotta love the beans! They’re a secret weapon for dealing with inflation. I’ve never used lemon in my alfredo, I’m going to give it a try everything was so colorful and looked expensive!

Love love love simple ,tasty meals especially one pot meals. Instead of rice, adding Riced Cauliflower to a dish toward the end of the cooking time will include more veggies while having less starch, and still staying on a budget.

I watch so many frugal cooking channels and they start to get redundant. But this one is different because you don't use many packaged foods, you try to keep it light, and you are actually using your cooking skills! Thank you!

I make taco dip.its really easy, and you can make it fully vegan or gluten free,or add meat.
I used a frozen hamburger patty, one mild Italian sausage, and a pound of ground turkey.
you will need to drain that.
it's just tacos without the shell.
