Al, have you much time over/considered a carbon steel pan? Non-stick is a bit of a nasty bugger when you get reading into it and a carbon steel pan can behave much the same way without all the funny business going into your system

Very nice Indeed , I did experience the sauce a little grainy , I certainly pureed the Onions enough but maybe didnt cook the spices mix through enough but very tasty !
