    I want to try this one but short of a couple items; cumin seeds, pimento pepper.

    Do you suppose this would be good with sweet redorange 🌶 peppers to substitute? Perhaps a ground cumin in the dhal?
    Any recommendations to still accomplish the chunked method? 🤔
